Delta was a Golden Retriever bred by Sandra Esford of Ontario. She could be a pushy and tricky dog, but loved to work and had an irrepressible zest for life. Earning her agility championship required a lot of patience and problem solving. Without the experience of working through her challenges, my toolbox would be much more sparse.
In addition to her performance sport skills, Delta was an incredible helper dog when working with dogs who are reactive or uncomfortable around other dogs. Her favorite activities included swimming, playing fetch, and sleeping upside down. I was so lucky to have her happy and healthy for such a long life.
